IEE users can search for specific speakers for their events based on the type of speaker they are looking for. By answering a few simple questions, the system will generate a list of potential speakers that will match their criteria and their expertise. A repository of speakers has been developed that includes the information about the speaker, their bio, location, areas of expertise, documents and a photo.
The IEE Meeting Room System allows users to setup and book meeting rooms for their event. Users can add, edit and manage all aspects of onsite meeting rooms for their event. The system is flexible and can support an unlimited number of rooms, providing key communications points such as email notifications, outlook calendar hits, and capture meeting metrics.
Digital Event Marketing
Quick setup and deploy event microsite. Our architecture features smart design, technology, tracking and support – all focused on generating leads, registration and marketing of events. All main event information is consolidated into one microsite allowing users to learn about the event objectives and information such as keynotes, track sessions, speaker bios, agenda and locations.
