Our Exhibit Partners referred Ansell to icon1 when Ansell was looking to adopt an Asset and Event Management System. Ansell required a consolidated system where their reps could view, order and ship their company-approved assets, while also being quick to deploy and easy-to-use.

Ansell was experiencing issues with their assets being scattered across multiple business units across Canada and the United States. This challenge required a tailored solution to consolidate and regulate their assets according to roles and regions.

With the adoption of Event Express it would eliminate the manual and inefficient methodology Ansell currently was employing for their assets.

DISCOVERING SOLUTIONS

Upon our discovery meetings with Ansell’s reps, management team and exhibit house reps, it was determined that Ansell needed a multi-tier permission based system that allowed the management of multiple divisions, assets and event programs.

Icon1 helped Ansell figure out exactly what needed to be developed to consolidate all their assets, collect data, structure their system and streamline the asset search and order procurement process.

Icon1 developed two systems for Ansell, one for Ansell Canada and another for Ansell US. This was necessary for the division of assets and events that were confined to their respective countries.

With the deployment of Ansell’s Event Express systems, icon1 provided online training and user guides on how to use Event Express.

With Event Express, Ansell was able to maximize its acquisition of company-approved assets, reps were able to efficiently order and ship assets and their overall event operations improved.

The consolidated Asset Management System allowed reps from across North America and the United States to access, utilize and manage pre-approved assets with ease, while also maintaining high-level oversight on the location and usage of Ansell’s assets.

Employing Event Express’ Asset Management and Event System virtually eliminated the manual effort of locating and securing assets via phone and email and streamlined the management of their exhibit events.
