Canada Post is a Crown corporation which functions as the primary postal operator in Canada.
Canada Post was ramping up their events and were referred to icon1 when they had to address the mounting issues of their assets being out-of-date, scattered, unaccounted for, and the time and effort required to locate and manage these assets. These issues in turn created inefficiencies and branding discrepancies.
Canada Post was looking for a software solution that could consolidate and manage all their assets in an easy to use system, ensuring that their reps were using the latest and greatest assets with consistent brand messaging.
The most pressing challenge was developing and deploying the system under a very tight timeline.

The deployment of Event Express streamlined and enhanced the way Canada Post was managing their assets. Management now had oversight in tracking and maintaining inventory. Brand messaging was improved and consistent, and with data being captured, reliable information was available.
