The Challenge

ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

DreamWorks is an American animation studio that produces animated feature films, television programs and online virtual games.

DreamWorks was referred to icon1 by our Exhibit Partner to create a Registration System for them. DreamWorks needed a Registration System developed for their pre-screening events for the theatrical release of Kung Fu Panda.

These national pre-screening events were happening at multiple locations across the United States. DreamWorks request was to have one registration page capable of displaying all screening locations through a drop-down menu and invites to be generated through a pre-approval process.

Our Approach

HARNESSING THE FLOW

Icon1 worked with the requirements DreamWorks provided to develop and launch their registration page. We came up with the logic to develop the registration system, as well as created the invites, captured data and had our back-end manage the check-in process.

A holding sequence was also developed within the Registration System to vet and authenticate the invites and approval process of the invitees. Because invitee names were being provided from multiple locations across the USA, they all needed to be cross-checked and verified.

Our Result

MASTER IN THE MAKING

Icon1 developed and launched DreamWorks Registration System for the Kung Fu Panda pre-screening events, with seamless execution and without any issues.

With access to the back-end capabilities of the Registration System, DreamWorks and their team were able to manage and verify all guests attending the screening.

The Registration System itself created a lot of interest for the series of national events and served as a great marketing tool for generating excitement for the theatrical premiere of Kung Fu Panda.
