Samsung is reorganized globally as an industry leader in technology.

Samsung reached out to icon1 after they were presented our Conference Management System by an Exhibit House and liked it.

The challenge was that Samsung was specifically looking for a Conference Management System that could be customized to their specific main key deliverables and auxiliary requirements. This required redeveloping the Conference Management System specifically to their needs.

Samsung was looking to move away from using fragmented systems that were unresponsive to one another and towards digitizing internal processes to mitigate redundancies and inefficiencies. Multi-tier permission based accesses that were specific to deliverables was another key requirement.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS

Icon1 worked with key stakeholders to capture Samsung’s main specs and demoed the Conference Management System to showcase all its potential features and capabilities.

Icon1 created mock-ups from all the information collected and once approved, redeveloped the Conference Management System tailored specifically to Samsung’s requirements. Another key deliverable was branding for the Conference Management System, the look and feel of the user experience had to be branded to Samsung and their event.

Once developed, icon1 demoed the system and all its features and capabilities. Additional requests were developed into the system and training was provided to ensure it was being used to its full potential.

The custom Conference Management System that was developed for Samsung was an easy-to-use, consolidated and streamlined portal for all their key stakeholders and sponsors.

Samsung experienced value in housing and managing data in one consolidated portal, reducing redundancies in processes and hours invested, and increased efficiencies with data and workflows being consolidated and accessible in one portal.

With the multi-tiered permission accesses granted though key deliverables, users, sponsors and speakers were able to streamline and submit their required deliverables with ease and efficiency. The user experience of the system was simple, informative in real-time and branded to the Samsung experience.
